Shipping Policy

All orders placed during the pre-order window will be produced after the pre-order closes.

Pre-orders open 28/02/26 and close 14 days later. Production will begin immediately after the window ends.

Estimated dispatch timeframe: 3–4 weeks after pre-orders close. Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once parcels are handed to the postal carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s processing times.

Production & Dispatch Timeline

Estimated production time: approximately 1–2 weeks.
Once production is complete, the journals will be shipped to us for quality checking and order fulfilment.

Estimated dispatch to customers: approximately 3–4 weeks after the pre-order period closes.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing or shipping delays. We will provide updates if any significant delays occur.

Delivery

Once parcels are shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Within Australia, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been fulfilled.
