When will my order ship?
Orders are usually packed within 2–5 business days. During launches or pre-orders this may be a little longer, but I’ll always keep you updated by email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! International shipping is available.
How long does delivery take within Australia?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
My order hasn’t arrived
Please check your tracking first, then contact me if it looks stuck and I’ll help sort it out.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been posted.
Do you accept returns?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Because items are printed in small batches, change-of-mind returns aren’t always possible.

Is this a diary or a scrapbook?
Somewhere in between. There are gentle prompts, but plenty of open space. You can write, collage, decorate, share it, or keep it completely private.
Do I have to pass it on to someone else?
Not at all. The journal is designed to be shared, but it can also stay entirely yours.
Will pens and markers bleed through the pages?
The paper is chosen to handle stickers, tape, glue and most pens comfortably. Very heavy markers may ghost slightly, which many people like for the layered look.
Is every journal identical?
The journal itself is the same, but what goes inside becomes completely unique depending on how it’s used and who adds to it.
Can I decorate the cover?
Yes. The cover is intentionally uncoated so you can add stickers, tape or drawings and make it your own.
How are the Sisterhood participants chosen?
Eligible orders are randomly selected after pre-orders close. Selected participants will be contacted by email.
