Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of this product, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If your journal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
