All orders are packed with care by theΒ T Maree TeamΒ and shipped from our HQ in Brisbane, Queensland.

During busier times, things might take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated where possible. We appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs areΒ calculated at checkoutΒ based on your location and order size. You can view the shipping price at checkout without processing payment.Β 

We ship to most countries, but if yours isn’t available at checkout, reach out and we’ll see what we can do!

Packing & Shipping Times

We do our best to pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

  • All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.
  • Rural & remote locationsΒ may experience slightly longer shipping times.
  • Express shippingΒ speeds up delivery but does not push your order to the front of the queue- we pack all orders in the order they are received.

International Shipping

Customs & Import Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are thecustomer’s responsibility. We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and include an invoice for customs if required. If you have concerns about customs fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • US Shipping Update: All US shipping rates now include fully prepaid customs duties and clearance fees (DDP). Your package will be delivered straight to your door with absolutely no hidden fees or extra charges upon arrival!

  • Duties & taxes are non-refundable once your order has begun processing.Β

  • From 1 July 2026, the EU removed the €150 de minimis exemption for low-value imports.Β This information wasΒ publiclyΒ announced in early/mid June.Β 
  • Orders entering the EU from outside the bloc may now incur a €3 customs duty (per product type/per item), plus VAT and/or local import fees depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
  • These charges are set, charged, and collected by local customs authorities or shipping carriers, not by us.
  • These import charges are the responsibility of the customer as specified in our shipping policy
  • If you have any questions or concerns with how your customs and import duties are calculated, please get in touch with your local customs office. It is a legal requirement that we clearly label the value of the items and shipping on the parcel.

Currency & Conversion

  • Prices may be displayed in different currencies for your convenience, but transactions may be processed inΒ Australian Dollars (AUD)Β at checkout. You will only ever be charged in your local currency at the most current conversion rate.Β 
  • If items are returned, refunds will be issued inΒ AUDΒ at the current exchange rate. Any differences due to currency fluctuations are beyond our control.
